PLANS have been put forward to build a four-bedroom house in the grounds of a bungalow in Battenhall.
The land in St Swithuns Close is surrounded by a mix of terraced, semi-detached and detached homes.
According to plans submitted to Worcester City Council, “this proposed detached house will fit well onto the side garden of the existing plot and is significantly set back from all the neighbours as to not detract from the existing setting”.
The plans say the bungalow has a “substantial” parking area and the plan would be for the new house to have three spaces, with the bungalow keeping three.
