THE county may get snow a lot sooner than first thought after it was revealed snow is forecasted for tomorrow (Tuesday).
The Met Office revealed Worcestershire is set to get snow tomorrow (Tuesday) morning and a mixture of sleet.
Rain will arrive this evening (Monday) with snow possibly occurring in northern counties.
This will then move into Worcestershire, where snowflakes could possibly fall between 6am and 7am.
A spokesperson for the Met Office said: "An icy start in places, especially in hillier areas.
"Sleet and snow soon clearing then turning brighter with sunny periods continuing through the afternoon.
"Feeling cold with brisk northerly winds.
"Maximum temperature 5°C."
The Weather Outlook also revealed there will be a 48% chance of snow tomorrow across the county.
It also revealed the likelihood of snow for the rest of the week, with a great chance of more snow on Thursday.
The week's forecast for snow in Worcestershire:
- Wednesday, November 20 - 0%
- Thursday, November 21 - 64%
- Friday, November 22 - 27%
- Saturday, November 23 - 42%
- Sunday, November 24 - 6%
The Met Office also teased wintery flurries and frosty nights for the rest of the week.
The spokesperson added: "Staying cold for the remainder of the week but often dry with sunny or clear periods and perhaps a few wintry flurries at times.
"Widely frosty overnight with icy patches."
