A CAR burst into flames closing a country lane.
Bredicot Lane in Crowle was closed in both directions while a firefighter tackled the car fire on Friday (November 15).
A Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "A crew from Worcester Fire Station was called to a small vehicle on fire in Bredicot Lane, Crowle, Worcester at 7.57pm on November 15.
"A car was well alight in a lay-by and extinguished by one firefighter wearing breathing apparatus and using a hosereel.
"There were no casualties.
"The road was closed in both directions, and police were also present."
