A PERSON was found dead on the rail tracks leaving train services from Worcester cancelled.
Police responded to reports of a body on the tracks between Ashchurch and Cheltenham at around 7pm last night (Thursday, November 14).
Paramedics also attended but the person was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident is not being treated as suspicious.
All trains heading from Worcester towards Cheltenham Spa were cancelled or delayed.

An incident involving emergency services in Gloucestershire has meant that trains heading towards Bristol or Cardiff from Worcester were unable to pass until the end of the night.
Rail replacement transport between Worcester Shrub Hill and Gloucester has been organised by GWR.
A British Transport Police spokesperson said: “Officers were called to the line between Ashchurch and Cheltenham at around 7pm yesterday (November 14) following reports of a casualty on the tracks.
"Paramedics also attended however sadly a person was pronounced dead at the scene.
"The incident is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
