THE ULTIMATE tribute has been paid to 'dedicated and loyal' Neo Bushby following his death.
A memorial bench has been installed in Penhill Crescent in St John's to remember Neo, who died aged just 23 in March.
His ashes have been placed in the cement so anyone who visits can spend some quality time with him.
Neo, who grew up in the Dines Green and St John's area of Worcester, has been described by loved ones as a 'rare individual of awesomeness' and a kind-hearted young man who touched and brightened people's lives.

Following his untimely death, a group of his friends decided to donate some cash towards a memorial bench.
As word spread, many people who loved Neo decided to donate to the cause, and Worcester United Dines Green football club held a fund-raiser match to help meet the target.
Neo's sister Tamsin said there were no words that could adequately begin to explain just how many lives Neo touched and brightened, with just his presence.
"With his cheeky smile and infectious laugh, he always knew the right words to say and just what to do, to make each of our lives that little bit better.
"As a family, we were so exceptionally touched that his friends have taken time and effort to make this bench and are indescribably grateful.
"Gestures such as this bring indescribable comfort to those of us hurting, and allow Neo's legacy to continue, and for those that weren't fortunate enough to meet him, to hear just what a rare individual of awesomeness Neo was.
"I just know that Neo is here with us in spirit smiling away and knowing there is a special place for him and his friends where we can sit with him I know everyone can enjoy this place.
"He adores dogs and this is such a lovely place to walk the dogs and to be sat in a special place."
Owain Adkins was one of Neo's best friends growing up and helped to raise the funds to install the bench.
He added: "I am over the moon that the bench has now been installed.
"It is a place anyone can go and spend some quality time with him and catch up on some old times."
An inquest into Neo's death is due to take place next year.
