THE BUILDING which currently houses the popular Alturo Lounge restaurant at the iconic Belle Vue Terrace is up for sale.
Property consultant firm Eddison's has advertised the three-storey building at Belle Vue Terrace, which is for sale for offers in the region of £775,000.
The building currently holds the Alturo Lounge on the ground floor with residential upper parts on the first and second floors.
However, there are no plans to evict the popular business with the lease not due to run out for another 16 years.

A description of the property from Eddisons said: "This is a large ornate three-storey building providing large restaurant and bar premises at ground floor level with residential upper parts at first and second floors.
"The property is located on Belle Vue Terrace overlooking and down Church Street.
"The property is located near several retailers as well as Great Malvern Priory to the southeast.
