A ROAD in Worcester has been closed for five months - here's why.
Nunnery Way leading to Pershore Lane has been closed for more than five months.
The road was closed on November 5 and is scheduled to reopen on April 11 2025.
According to traffic monitoring website One Network, the road has been closed to "Construct a new Section 278 junction which extends 204 metres to the Northeast from the existing gated access track and 151 metres Southwest.
"The new junction widens Pershore Lane creating a dedicated turning lane and splitter islands."
