WITH house prices rising, this little two-bedroom house could be the cheapest home for sale in Worcestershire.
Based on Gilgal in Stourport-On-Severn, the property has been described as a "mid-terraced property of brick construction surmounted by a tiled roof directly fronting the pavement".
The auctioning site BP Auction has listed the property on Zoopla with a guide price of just £9k.
It has a hallway, kitchen, lounge on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor.
A BP Auction spokesperson said: "A mid-terraced property of brick construction surmounted by a tiled roof directly fronting the pavement.
"The property benefits from having UPVC double glazing and gas-fired central heating.
"Gilgal is located off both Worcester Road and Minster Road, and the property is [close to] the main shopping area in Stourport-on-Severn."
Bidding closes on the property on November 13.
