The annual event sees veterans, members of the armed forces, and cadets march to Worcester Cathedral for a Service of Remembrance.
The parade will begin at 9.15am, passing through Mealcheapen Street, St Swithun's Street, and High Street.
The Mayor of Worcester, Councillor Mel Allcott, will lead a civic procession from the Guildhall at 9.40am.
The service is set to begin at 10am, concluding at 10.40am with a wreath-laying ceremony at the War Memorial.
A two-minute silence will be observed at 11am before the ceremony ends at around 11.15am.
The parade will then return past the Guildhall.
Cllr Allcott said: "Remembrance Sunday in Worcester is always a poignant occasion when we remember all those who have fallen in conflict in order that we have freedom.
"All Worcester residents are invited to pay their respects together at this important ceremony of remembrance."
Road closures will be in effect from 8am to 12.30pm on the day.
Remembrance Sunday parades will also take place in St John's and Claines.
