Wayland’s Yard
Location: 6 Foregate Street, Worcester, WR1 1DB
Google Reviews rating: 4.7
One customer said: “The BEST in Worcester. I come here once or twice a month on my return journey through Worcester. Nicest staff ever, amazing coffee and super timely service. Never a bad experience, the white chocolate mocha is a must try. Creative menu, and plenty of gluten free, coeliac safe options along with dairy free and vegan options.
“Super, super helpful worker (I didn't catch a name, but no doubt they know who they are) that was extremely apologetic when she overcharged me (I didn't realise nor care, because everything is so great about this place). I will never change my monthly Wayland's Yard visit!!!!”
Another shared: “Fantastic bistro/cafe in the heart of Worcester, right next to Forgate Street Station. Staff were excellent, and the food was even better. Faultless breakfast and homemade hash browns are worth the trip alone.
“Good range of leaf teas and coffees to go with the food menu. Good value for money with regards to meal size. Will definitely be going back, and will recommend to anyone.”
Burger Shop Worcester
Location: Arch 46 Cherry Tree Walk, Worcester, WR1 3BH

One customer said: “Amazing. Really fancied a burger and needing GF style- this was the place to go. Also to feed my fussy child, who now says this is her new favourite place. Amazing burgers”.
Another shared: “Found on Google to be ridiculously close to the hotel so went for a stroll. The location is fantastic as is the restaurant. Rachael who served me was absolutely awesome and welcoming. I went for the double bacon burger, sweet potato fries and onion rings with salted caramel brownie for desert.
“The food was all incredible, up there with the best, however special mention to those sweet potato fries! The staff were all lovely but the world is a better place knowing people like Rachael are around!”

Benedicto’s Italian Restaurant
Location: 34 Sidbury, Worcester, WR1 2HZ
Google Reviews rating: 4.6
One customer said: “Delicious! Never been before but will definitely be going again. Plenty of GF options available.”
Another shared: “Searched for Italian restaurants near me, stumbled upon Benedictos. Didn’t know at the time that this was a five-star worthy, delicious restaurant with kind waiters and waitresses.
“First of all, the food. This was genuine Italian food and also genuinely amazing- seasoned perfectly, and the textures dancing in your mouth were just delightful. I mentioned the kind waiters and waitresses.
“They were caring and also very sympathetic. Good job on that, Benedictos! Plus, there was nothing wrong with the atmosphere- just the normal. Chatty, with music in the background. The restaurant was decorated quite nicely, with paintings, lights and food on display. Overall, Benedictos is a great restaurant that I would definitely recommend!”
