A Worcester law firm has donated over £2,600 to a charity that helps re-home hundreds of animals.
mfg Solicitors, which has offices on The Tything, raised the money for Danemere Animal Rescue by holding a number of events throughout the year.
The firm held dress-down days, festive Christmas events, bake sales, raffles, and a quiz evening at cocktail bar Café Cadena.

Molly Wall, a trainee solicitor at the firm, said: "Danemere Animal Rescue relies on donations to build on the great work they’ve been doing since 1993.
"Over the years the rescue centre has grown considerably, with hundreds of dogs and cats given so much love and care.
"It is a charity everyone at our Worcester office has got behind from day one and our calendar of events were really well supported over the past year.
"We’re sure the donation will go some way to helping the charity and its services."
The rescue shelter, which is in Tibberton, thanked the firm for its donation.
Mollie Norris from the animal rescue said: "We are so thankful to Molly and the team at mfg Solicitors for putting so much effort into the fundraising over the past year.
"They have done so much and found creative ways to raise money, which really means so much.
"We cannot thank them enough and the funds will really help as we continue our work to offer many dogs, cats, and other small animals new homes and new lives."
The centre is currently looking for a home for six-year-old Springer Millie, who is good with other animals and livestock and needs a good home with a big secure garden for lots of exercise.
