A 'MUCH-needed' new café in Victoria Park is looking to bring a pleasant atmosphere to Malvern.
The Bilberry Café has now opened in the new community hub at the popular park just in time for half term.
Candy Harris, who runs the business, said it has been a dream come true to finally open her first-ever café so close to home.
Ms Harris has been in the industry for over 17 years, previously travelling across the country running an outdoor catering business.

To celebrate the occasion, she will be holding a special ribbon-cutting ceremony at midday on Thursday, October 31, where she will be handing out free tasters and other giveaways.
Ms Harris told the Gazette: "This really has been a dream come true, this has been very hard work trying to get the café open before half term but it has all been worth it.
"Our opening weekend was very good and busy, and we have had some amazing feedback.
"A lot of people think the park has really needed a café and we have been loving it so far.
"We've had to learn very quickly how to run a café like this but we've got stuck in and done it, it feels like a giant weight has been lifted now.
"We are already getting regular customers who are coming back every day, we want to bring a really pleasant atmosphere to the community."
Bilberry Café serves plenty of hot food to either eat in or takeaway, including burgers, hot dogs, wraps and chips.
It also offers plenty of breakfast options including a full English and a vegetarian meal, while light snacks include eggs benedict and toasted sourdough with scrambled egg, bacon and mushrooms.
There is a selection of homemade sandwiches, toasties, paninis, baguettes and rolls as well as gelato and ice creams.
And there will be plenty of drinks on offer, including coffees, teas, cold drinks and Bennetts milkshakes.
Ms Harris added: "Everyone seems really pleased with how we're settling in so far, everyone is enjoying the menu, how the café looks and the indoor and outdoor seating area.
"The positive feedback we've had so far is a credit to our amazing staff who have done such an amazing job so far."
