Hundreds of lights will be lit in memory of loved ones this festive season at Worcester Cathedral.
The annual St Richard’s Hospice Lights of Love campaign will see two services at the Cathedral on Friday, November 15 at 2.30pm and 7pm.
The Kings Hawford choir will sing at the afternoon service, while the RGS senior school choir will perform during the evening event.

A procession to St Andrew’s Spire will follow the evening service, where the Lights of Love tree will be illuminated, accompanied by music from the Worcester Salvation Army.
The hospice has been organising events in Worcestershire for more than 20 years.
People are invited to dedicate a light in memory or celebration of a loved one, not just those who have a connection with St Richard’s.
There is no requirement to register to attend the services or the tree lighting.
Laura Clarke, the hospice campaigns fundraiser, said: "It’s that time of year when we tend to reflect on all those wonderful people who have made a difference to our lives, particularly those who are loved and no longer with us.
"We look forward to celebrating and remembering loved ones again this year."
Mrs Clarke added: "Our Lights of Love services and switch-on event are free to attend, open to all, and are the perfect way to pay tribute to those we hold dear."
The names of those remembered will be displayed around St Andrew’s Spire and published in the Worcester News on Christmas Eve.
You can dedicate a light online at www.strichards.org.uk/lights-of-love or call the fundraising team on 01905 958262.
The campaign is sponsored by Fisher German and supported by the Cathedral, Worcester City Council, Leigh Sinton Farm & Nurseries, Midwest Mechanical and Electrical Services, Giglight, Droitwich Lions Club, Kings School Worcester, RGS Worcester, Worcester Salvation Army, and Heart of Worcestershire College.
Jason Clines, partner at Fisher German, said: "Lights of Love holds a special place in my heart and is deeply cherished by all of us at Fisher German.
"We wholeheartedly support St Richard’s Hospice and the extraordinary care they provide to individuals and families throughout the county."
