A WORCESTERSHIRE estate agent has been chosen to sell over 80 new build homes.
Buyers can now register their interest with estate agent Nicol & Co for one of 83 homes being built at the Martley Fields development off the B4197 near Worcester.
The development, which includes two-to-five bedroom homes and two-bedroom bungalows, is set to host its first residents in spring 2025.
Nicol & Co's managing director, Matt Nichol, said: "We are thrilled to be able to offer these 83 high quality, sustainable homes on behalf of our long-established client Lioncourt Homes.
"The site is close to the local play area, skate park and sports pitches, and is within walking distance of the sought-after Martley Primary and Chantry Secondary schools.
"There is a wide choice of properties to choose from, ranging from two-bedroom, cottage style homes and bungalows to five-bedroom detached houses.
"The properties are at various build stages and so there is the option for buyers to personalise their new home to their taste - for example, with kitchen and bathroom fittings."
Homes at Martley Fields are all named after flowers, plants and tree including The Poplar, The Lime, The Ash, The Rowan and The Birch.
Nicol & Co's relationship with Lioncourt Homes stretches back to 2016 when they collaborated on the Saxon Meadows development in Kempsey.
Jack Jones, head of sales and marketing at Lioncourt Homes, said: "We’re really proud of our new properties at Martley Fields, which are all covered by a 10-year warranty from the National House Building Council (NHBC), assuring buyers complete peace of mind.
"We are committed to quality of workmanship, quality of service and customer satisfaction and are consistently and independently recognised as a five-star home builder by the House Builder’s Federation.
"Martley Fields will be an exceptional development, which has been designed with sustainability in mind, and will offer a variety of choice for all stages on the property ladder."
Martley Fields' first homes are nearing completion and Lioncourt Homes is set to complete the development's show home in November.
Lioncourt Homes' planning application for Martley Fields was approved in September 2023 by Malvern Hills District Council despite worries over school places in the area.
