A free creative workshop aiming to offer a break from daily pressures is on offer in Worcester.

'I Like' Boards, led by artist Inner Knowings, is at Worcester City Art Gallery and Museum on Thursday (October 18) from 11am until 12pm.

The session, part of the free exhibition Connections, is open to all.

Knowings, an artist from the area, promotes artistic creativity as a method to enhance mindfulness and improve mental wellbeing.

While the session is free, booking online is recommended.
