An estate and letting agent has appointed a new senior negotiator.

G Herbert Banks, which has been operating in Worcestershire for 125 years, and is based in Great Witley, has welcomed Caroline Morse to the team.

Ms Morse has worked in the property industry for 24 years, and has worked at several estate agencies and chartered surveyor firms across the county, including Nock Deighton and Allan Morris Estate Agents.

She has worked her way up the ranks, from sales negotiator to branch principal, and now senior negotiator.

In her new role at the business, Ms Morse will oversee the sales negotiations within the expanding business.

The company has said that her experience and knowledge of the demands of the county's property market will play a key role in her new position.
