A Droitwich care home has welcomed a new general manager.

Rashwood care home, part of the Elizabeth Finn group, has appointed Catherine Lines to the role.

She was previously the group's clinical director and has experience as a registered nurse and surgical modern matron.

Ms Lines said: "I am absolutely delighted to join the team at Rashwood and lead it through the next chapter in its development.

"I have a great staff to work with and many plans to further enhance all that Rashwood has to offer."
