Handel's Messiah will be performed in Worcester Cathedral.
The candlelit concert will feature 140 voices from the Worcester Festival Choral Society, four soloists, and the Meridian Sinfonia Baroque orchestra, conducted by Samuel Hudson.
The event is set for Saturday, December 7, from 7.30pm to 9.45pm.
Tickets are available for £27.
Messiah, written over 280 years ago, remains globally beloved, with its Hallelujah chorus traditionally prompting audiences to stand.
Other famous parts include For unto us a child is born, and The trumpets shall sound.
The concert is a prelude to the Christmas season.
