REGARDING long queues snaked around St John’s Medical Practice as thousands waited for up to an hour to get their vaccinations.
To describe this as chaos is an oversimplification.

There was some selfish parking, particularly by the owner of a large Bentley, but it was unfair to expect a couple of receptionists to direct the traffic.
In the surgery the process was smooth, quick and efficient.
Give credit where it is due.
