The 28,000 square feet of vacant units have a guide price of £200,000.

The vacant units, previously used by an exhibition firm, are located at the rear of Global House on George Baylis Road.

They will be sold at Bond Wolfe’s auction on Thursday, October 24.

Ian Tudor, commercial auction director at the property business, said: "This freehold property comprises of metal trussed buildings arranged as two interconnecting workshops, with an office, small mezzanine stores, toilets, and kitchen area extending to approximately 28,000 sq ft.

"The property is considered suitable for possible reconfiguration to provide smaller units or a variety of alternative uses, subject to planning permission."

The units are situated in the Berry Hill industrial area, close to Droitwich town centre, and have good access to the national motorway network via junction five of the M5 motorway.

The property is being sold on behalf of Nigel Price and Joe Sadler, the liquidators of Global Displays Limited, a former exhibition services company.

The units will be among 184 lots in Bond Wolfe’s auction, which is set to start at 8.30am on the day.
