All homes at a new Worcester development have been sold.
Platform Home Ownership has announced a successful collaboration with housebuilder Taylor Wimpey at the Regency Gate development in the city.
This project, situated three miles from the city centre, consists of a variety of two, three, and four-bedroom energy-efficient homes.

The housebuilder has said that the development, along with another platform project in Lower Broadheath, has helped address the demand for affordable housing around the city.
Shared ownership has been identified as a more feasible and popular means for people to step onto the property ladder.
Platform has reported a 152 per cent increase in sales of shared ownership homes at the start of 2024.
This scheme allows buyers to purchase a share of their home, ranging from 10 per cent to 75 per cent of the property's full market value, and pay rent on the remainder.
This reduces the deposit requirement, which is typically between five per cent and 10 per cent of the share, not the full amount.
Shared ownership buyers also have the option to gradually increase their ownership through a process known as staircasing.
Platform has said that the homes at Regency Gate are designed with the modern homebuyer in mind, offering practicality with space for remote working, dressing areas, and more.
Platform's sales consultant, Jasmin Jandu, said: "We’ve seen a big increase in interest, enquiries and sales of shared ownership homes across Worcester and beyond, so to be meeting that demand and helping buyers on their journey to their dream home has been rewarding.
"Worcester is a great place to live with plenty of charming amenities, and our partnership with Taylor Wimpey assures both us and our buyers that they’re settling into expertly-crafted, high specification homes."
The development is located near the major A44, A4103, and A4440 roads, providing easy access for commuters.
It is situated to offer both urban and rural living experiences, with Worcester City to the east and green spaces to the west.
Each home is equipped with central heating, double-glazed windows, allocated parking, and a 10-year build warranty, which is standard with all Platform properties.
