TREES at a retirement complex could be cut down if plans submitted to the council get the go-ahead.
A proposal has been put forward to chop down a number of trees at Lansdowne Rise in Rainbow Hill and to cut back others.
There is a tree preservation order protecting the trees so permission from Worcester City Council is needed before any work can take place.
The plans show that, if approved, four trees would be chopped down and the crown of another reduced by two metres.
