A city councillor is seeking to unite a lost brooch with its rightful owner after he found the item in a car park.
Labour city councillor Edward Kimberley found the item of jewellery in St Martin's Gate Car Park in Worcester on Sunday and is hoping now the owner can be found.
He said: "Any help in identifying the owner of the brooch would be wonderful. Hopefully we can arrange to return it promptly.
"It is clearly an item of real sentimental value to someone."
He urged the owner to get in touch with him by emailing ed.kimberley@worcester.gov.uk or via Facebook messenger.
