An escape room in Worcester city centre has lodged an application to serve alcohol on its premises.

Escape Hunt, located in Cathedral Square, has applied to sell alcohol from 10am to 11.30pm, seven days a week.

The application was submitted by Escape Hunt Group Ltd.

The escape room, which opened in September, currently operates from 9am until midnight every day.

Anyone wishing to comment on the application has until Wednesday, October 23 to contact Worcestershire Regulatory Services.

The licensing act makes it an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, with penalties including an unlimited fine.
