A LONE climate change protestor blocked traffic, including a police car, by lying down in the middle of the road in the city centre.
The man, who was wearing a Just Stop Oil t-shirt, brought traffic to a halt across Worcester's city centre on Saturday afternoon by sitting in the street.
The protestor was ultimately joined by others as he moved from Tybridge Street in St John's to the city centre, where he was seen on Broad Street, St Nicholas Street and New Street.
Officers from West Mercia Police were involved at one stage as the protestor laid across road lanes.
We have approached the Just Stop Oil press office for a comment.
