A 43-YEAR-OLD man was found guilty of assault by beating and criminal damage to a car.
Alan Davey, who has a care of address in Dines Green, Worcester, was found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her on Monday, March 18.
He pleaded guilty but was found guilty at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Friday, September 27.
Davey also pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage under £5,000 to a vehicle belonging to the same woman on the same date.
He was fined £207 for the charge of assault by beating and ordered to pay £1,200 compensation for the criminal damage.
Davey must also pay costs to Crown Prosecution Service of £620 and a surcharge of £83 by Friday, October 25.
