IT has been a lucky month for county residents after a number of streets won big in the postcode lottery draw.
People's Postcode Lottery had given out several £1,000 prizes to streets across Worcestershire who had signed up for their draw.
One of the lucky winners was from Mortlake Avenue in the Red Hill area of Worcester after their postcode, WR5 1QB, was in the draw promoted by Postcode Community Trust.
Other postcodes included WR11 7TX, which covers a small private road in Dumbleton, and WR14 1RY, which covers Beauchamp Road in Malvern.
Subscriptions to the People's Postcode Lottery support various charities across the UK.
