PLANS to extend a HMO in Worcester to include six bedrooms have been put forward.
The house in Woodstock Road is currently a four-bed house of multiple occupation (HMO).
But plans submitted to Worcester City Council propose a two-storey extension at the side and back of the house that would allow for two more bedrooms.
The extension would also create a larger kitchen and dining area plus cycle storage.
Planning documents say the number of car parking spaces would be increased from two to three, should the plans get approval from the council.
