A NUMBER of trees at Worcestershire Royal Hospital are to be felled or cut back, subject to planning approval.
The hospital has submitted plans to the city council for the maintenance of trees including a rowan, silver birches, willows, hawthorns and oaks.
The trees are located on various parts of the large hospital site.
The proposal is to chop down three trees - a willow, a Swedish whitebeam and a rowan.
Others need to be cut back because branches are overhanging car parks and footpaths.
