A MAN has been charged with causing death by driving without due care and attention while being unfit through drink.
Thomas Barnett, aged 37, of Court Road, Malvern has been charged in relation to a crash between a white Mercedes C220 and a white Ford Mondeo on the B4211 Worcester Road near Hanley Castle on January 23, 2024.
The crash resulted in the death of a 37-year-old man.
Barnett is due to appear at Worcester Crown Court on Monday, October 14.
