A MAN has been banned from driving after he was caught behind the wheel of an Audi without insurance.
Shaun Jones, of Willow Road, Martley, has been disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.
The 54-year-old admitted driving an Audi in Hylton Road, Worcester, without third party insurance on Saturday, December 23.
His case was heard at Worcester Magistrates Court on Wednesday, September 25.
Jones was also fined £80, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £32 and court costs of £110.
His driving record was endorsed with six penalty points.
The defendant's guilty plea was taken into account when magistrates were imposing the sentence.
Jones must pay the balance by Wednesday, October 23.
