One of Britain's leading Civil War historians will be uncovering some of the secrets of the private life of a 1600s monarch.
Mark Turnbull will be presenting his recent discoveries about Charles I at a talk in Worcester.
The event, titled 'Charles the First - His Private Life', is based on Mr Turnbull's research, in which he examined contemporary letters and documents, offering fresh insight into the monarch's role in the Civil War.
Tickets are priced at £7.
The talk will take place at The Commandery on Thursday (September 26) from 7pm to 8.30pm.
