A MAN has been fined for using a television set without a licence.
David Tandy, of Powderham Avenue, Warndon Villages, Worcester, was fined £40 at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court after pleading guilty.
It heard he was using the television without a licence at his address on or about Monday, February 12.
The 37-year-old's guilty plea was taken into account in court on Monday, September 23.
There was no order for costs but Tandy must pay a surcharge of £16.
All money must be paid in full by Monday, October 21.
