A PUB in Worcester has reopened after a police incident that resulted in a man being arrested.
The Oak Apple was forced to close this afternoon (September 20) after reports of a man with a knife.
The man was arrested on suspicion of being in possession of a bladed article, resisting arrest and possession of a Class A drug.
Close-by college, Worcester Sixth Form, was reportedly locked down during the incident.
In a statement on Facebook, The Oak Apple said: "The pub will REOPEN at 6pm.
"Again we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
"Thank you."
