A RARE uncirculated Harry Potter theme coin has sold for a tidy sum on auction site eBay.
The Albus Dumbledore 50p coin was created by the Royal Mint as part of a limited edition of Harry Potter-themed coins to celebrate 25 years since author J.K. Rowling published Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.
An eBay seller in Worcester fetched £4.20 - plus £1.55 postage and packaging - for the Brilliant Uncirculated Albus Dumbledore 50p coin, issued in 2023, after five bids for the collectable.
In the item description, the seller says: "This 50p coin from the United Kingdom features Albus Dumbledore, Brilliant Uncirculated, and is a must-have for any coin collector or Harry Potter fan.
