TWO stores were caught selling thousands of pounds worth of illegal vapes and tobacco.
King Vape in Malvern Link and The Yellow Shop in Malvern Town Centre were found to be selling thousands of pounds worth of products from their stores.
Officers confiscated several clear plastic bags filled with illegal vapes while they also managed to seize stacks of cigarette carton packets.
The discovery comes after Malvern SNT and Worcestershire Trading Standards targeted shops across Malvern.
At King Vape, £8,900 worth of illegal vapes were found on display in the shop and were seized by trading standards.
Then, they found that The Yellow Shop was selling £2,000 worth of illegal and non-duty-paid tobacco on the premises.
A spokesperson for Malvern SNT said: "The visits were carried out following intelligence received from members of the public and test purchasing exercises.
"Trading standards will be taking further action against the shops and working with Malvern Hills District Council to prosecute the offenders."
Anyone who wants to give police any information about illegal items including vapes and cigarettes can call the non-emergency number on 101.
Alternatively, people can report non-emergency crimes via the West Mercia Police website.
