A MAN who was in charge of a car while over the alcohol limit has been disqualified from driving.
Sanwal Jabbar, of St Andrew's Road, Droitwich, pleaded guilty to being in charge of a Mercedes while his alcohol level was above the limit.
The 27-year-old was in charge of a Mercedes A220 AMG Sport, in Swan Shopping Centre car park, Church Road, Birmingham on Monday, August 19.
Jabbar was found to have 63 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath exceeding the prescribed limit.
The case was heard at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, September 10.
He was disqualified for 28 Days, was fined £80 and his guilty plea was taken into account.
Jabbar was charged court costs of £85, and a surcharge of £32.
