It comes as MG Timber and Online Marketing Surgery have created the “Garden Space Report” which helped rank areas across the UK based on their home outdoor space, revealing the best areas to buy houses with a garden.

To do this, the experts have used data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) regarding access to gardens and public green spaces in UK, where they found the property garden space area for neighbourhoods in Worcester.

Top 5 areas in Worcester with the most private garden space

  1. Northwick (area) – 1,046,387 (home garden space area m2)
  2. Lower Wick & Bromwich Road - 947,143
  3. Battenhall & Diglis - 907,939
  4. King George's Field - 713,094
  5. Barbourne & Rainbow Hill – 680,084

The ONS data suggests Northwick, Lower Wick and Bromwich Road and Battenhall and Diglis are some of the best areas with the most private garden space.

In contrast, Worcester Town North and Warndon West are among the places with the least amount of private garden space.
