A DRIVER has been banned from the road for 28 days for having no third-party insurance.
Ryan Williams, of Randwick Drive, Warndon, pleaded guilty via the single justice procedure to using a motor vehicle on a road without third-party insurance.
Worcester Magistrates Court heard the 30-year-old was driving a Toyota Yaris without insurance in Tetbury Drive on June 8, 2023.
Williams was fined £270 and ordered to pay a surcharge to victim services of £108 as well as court costs of £400.
He is also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 28 days.
The early guilty plea was taken into consideration by magistrates at the court on Monday, September 9.
