A suspected drug driver was stopped on the motorway when a cocaine metabolite was allegedly found in his blood.
Cieran McSwiggan was in a Mercedes-Benz B Class when he was stopped on the M5 near Worcester.
The 23-year-old of Daimler Close, Birmingham, is due to appear at Worcester Magistrates Court on Thursday, September 12.
He is charged with driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit on February 18 at Worcester.
The charge specifies the Benzoylecgonine (a metabolite of cocaine) was found in his blood, namely 127mg per litre of blood (above the legal limit of 50mg).
