A Worcester-based tyre business is looking for new recruits.
ETB Wholesale, on the Blackpole Trading Estate, has iterated its focus on guiding staff towards rewarding career paths, and is now offering several vacancies, including driver and warehouse operative roles.
The company has said it is expanding after a successful seven months of trading this year.
This growth is part of the broader ethos at ETB, where each position is viewed as the foundation for potential career development.
Staff members are encouraged to climb the professional ladder, with opportunities to obtain industry qualifications and accreditations.
Operations director Dave Isles said: "ETB prides itself on promoting staff internally, with many senior colleagues rising through the ranks to take on management roles.
"Across the ETB business we view each new position as an opportunity to forge a lasting career with us."
He added: "If you’re ambitious and willing to put in the hard-yards, we’ll put you on the right road for a rewarding career and we’d encourage you to get in touch with us."
Dean Joels, 37, and Kevin Pitt, 42, who have both risen to senior positions within the company, have revealed their testimonies.
Mr Joels started as a driver, eventually progressing to the role of regional operations manager, whilst gaining his level one instructor qualification in reach trucks and forklift operations.
He said: "I showed some ambition from an early stage and I was supported and encouraged to work my way up and gain the relevant qualifications, which ETB supported me with.
"I’ve been made to feel valued from the moment I arrived here and I’d encourage anyone in the industry to join us, as staff development is viewed as an essential part of the business."
Mr Pitt, who started as a driver four years ago and worked his way up to wholesale warehouse manager, added: "There is a natural line of progression and once you have your foot on the first rung of the ladder, you can move forward in a number of ways."
