A LUCKY resident has won £100k after joining dozens across Worcester who were awarded cash in August's Premium Bonds prize draw.
There were celebrations across Worcester and Hereford for 51 people after they all won at least £5,000 in the draw.
Two lucky people in Hereford and Worcester scooped a big win of £100,000, and another two people won £50,000.
Another person won £25,000 and ten people were awarded £10,000.
Of the 51 winners from Hereford And Worcester, the average holding amount of Premium Bonds was £37,982.
Altogether, the Herford and Worcester winnings totalled £600,000.
Erik Scholz, casino expert from OnlineCasinosAT.com, said: "Investing in premium bonds offers numerous benefits.
"As of August, the average return stands at an impressive 4.40%, all tax-free.

Premium Bonds is an investment product issued by National Savings & Investments.
Unlike other investments, where investors earn interest or a regular dividend income, bonds are entered into a monthly prize draw where people can win between £25 and £1m.
