FINDING the perfect home that ticks all the boxes can be extremely difficult.

One of the things which can be a deal breaker for many is if the home does not have a decent-sized garden.

Worcester may have many houses on the market, but not every house has the garden potential buyers want.

However, research by MG Timber and Online Marketing Surgery has compared the average space of gardens in Worcester neighbourhoods to shorten buyers' searches for the perfect home.

The data was gathered using green space data from the Office for National Statistics, which was then used to create the Garden Space Report.

The report reveals the best and worst areas to buy a house with a garden based on the average space of each garden.

Where are the best places in Worcester to buy a house with a garden?

  1. Northwick
