A TV personality will visit a Worcestershire pub to help a resident's fundraiser after her son died on Mother's Day.

Lulsley villager Barbara Prodger lost her son Harley on Mother's Day after the 26-year-old died from an undetected Glioma and Haemorrhage.

Since then, Ms Prodger has undertaken a series of fundraising activities for The Brain Tumour Charity, including her latest, a charity auction night with Antiques Roadshow Raj Bisram.

Raj is known for appearing on popular programmes such as Antiques Roadshow, Bargain Hunt and Four Rooms and for being an expert in antiques and actions.

The star will be donating his time to help Ms Prodger's fundraising efforts.

The charity auction night will take place at The Fox & Hounds at Lulsley on Saturday, October 19 and it is expected to be extremely busy.

Worcestershire businesses have already generously donated auction lots and raffle prizes to help Ms Prodger.

There is still an ongoing appeal for further lots with all businesses highlighted in the event programme and throughout the evening.

The Brain Tumour Charity aims to raise money to fund research, raise awareness of brain tumours, reduce diagnosis times, and provide support and information for people with brain tumours, their families, and their friends.
