A mum was 'lost for words' after her daughter was chosen to close the show at a music festival after headline act Right Said Fred.
Teen singer Megan Walley from St John's, Worcester, was picked to close the main stage at the Sunshine Music Festival in Upton upon Severn on Sunday (August 25).
Festival organisers chose the 14-year-old schoolgirl after being impressed by an earlier performance during the festival.
Mum Keeley Walley said: "At 14, to be on the main stage - it was just incredible.
"The atmosphere was incredible too - I was lost for words.
"Megan got such a great welcome from the crowd and from everyone backstage too. It was a great opportunity for her to show everyone what she can do."
Megan, who attends Christopher Whitehead Language School, had already performed on stage through her school.
Megan said: "I love being on stage and this was a great opportunity to do it in front of a big crowd.
"I was nervous, but my mum and my sister Emilia and other family was there to support me.
"I was trying to focus on making sure the performance was up to a high standard and ensuring the crowd enjoyed it."
Megan had already performed on the Sunshine Music Festival's youth stage on Saturday evening (August 24) and Sunday morning (August 25).
Mrs Walley added: "Mark Farmer, who organises the youth stage, had invited Megan to perform there on Saturday and Sunday.
"He was really impressed with her on Saturday so he asked the main organisers to watch Megan's performance on Sunday morning.
"Everyone on the youth stage was encouraged to do their best - it was a really safe environment for them to perform.

"Everyone was so encouraging across the whole weekend."
Talented youngsters from across the county were invited to perform on the youth stage through invitations sent to their schools.
Mark Farmer, youth stage organiser for Sunshine Music Festival, said: "All those who performed had lots of fun and the chance to shine on stage.
"Megan probably went from singing in front of around 20 people on the youth stage to about 2,000 people on the main stage.
"It was a great opportunity for her to be seen."
