Gender – Male

Age – 1 year

Breed – Lurcher/Staffy crossbreed

Wray has come into the care of Dogs Trust Evesham through no fault of his own and after a sheltered life, he’d love to find an adult-only home where he can be the only pet.

He can be worried around other dogs but with some time and training, he could start to enjoy walks with another dog.

Wray is friendly with the people he knows and he can sometimes be a bit boisterous and excitable too.

He’d like to have a secure garden at his new home so he can continue with his housetraining.

Mya

Gender – Female

Age – 6 years

Breed – Caucasian Shepherd

Mya can be a little nervous sometimes so she’s looking for a quiet home with no young children but she could live with sensible teenagers who are happy with her size.

She will need to be the only dog in her new home and she prefers to keep her distance from other dogs when on walks.

How often should you walk your dog in the summer?

Mya isn’t taking any medication but she does have a slight face droop and potentially has an issue with a facial nerve.

At present, this just needs to be monitored but it may need additional vet visits in the future.

You can find out more about Mya via the Dogs Trust website.

Gender – Male

Age – 1 year

Breed – German Shepherd

Reggie would best suit a quiet adult-only home so he can build on his confidence.

He needs to be the only pet in his new home but he can have some walking friends.

Dogs Trust Evesham added: “He does get a bit frustrated seeing other dogs out and about, and can get himself in a bit of a pickle, so a low dog-populated area would suit him best.”

He has a grade one heart murmur which will need continued monitoring.

Gender – Male

Age – 6 years

Breed – Dalmatian cross

You can find out more about Odie via the Dogs Trust website.

Odie needs an adult-only home where he can be the only pet and his new family need to be willing to visit the centre regularly. He needs a family who can be at home with him at all times.

Dogs Trust Evesham added: “Odie will need a home that can limit access to the front door but he already knows a ‘station’ cue to be used when he hears someone arrive. He has been prescribed medication to help him manage his anxiety and this will need to be carried on in the home.”

He can be worried on walks and so is walked muzzled and for this reason, a secure garden is an absolute must for him.
