AN LEADING Conservative has visited Worcester as part of his leadership campaign bid.
The UK's former security minister Tom Tugendhat visited the city on Sunday (August 11) as part of his leadership bid.
Deputy Party Chair for Worcester Seb James arranged the visit which involved Mr Tugendhat meeting city Conservative campaigners.
Mr James said Mr Tugendhat was keen to talk to Worcester people and highlighted the party's need to rebuild and focus on its members and communities.
Other politicians who have entered the Conservative leadership race are James Cleverly, Robert Jenrick, Mel Stride, Priti Patel, Kemi Badenoch, and Suella Braverman.
