Plans have been submitted to convert a two-floor HMO into one-bedroom flats.

The owners of 9A Swanpool Walk, in St John's, submitted their planning application to Worcester City Council on Friday, July 19.

The three-storey property currently comprises a ground floor flat alongside a first and second floor that are currently classed as a HMO, but as per the application, would be reconfigured to turn each floor in to a one-bedroom apartment.

Each apartment would have a double bedroom alongside a separate kitchen and living room space.

The consultation period ends on Wednesday, August 21.
