A WOMAN has been arrested and charged after breaching her criminal behaviour order.
Natalie Cull, from Madresfield, Malvern, was arrested and charged by West Mercia Police yesterday (July 31) after being spotted by officers in Malvern.
She was interviewed in relation to two thefts from Tesco in Malvern and two breaches of her criminal behaviour order.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police's Malvern Safer Neighbourhood Team said: "After being spotted by PCSO’s Bullock and Tudge this afternoon, Natalie Cull was arrested and interviewed by PC Dave Olczak for two thefts from Tesco in Malvern and two breaches of her Criminal Behaviour order.
"She has been charged and bailed to Worcester Magistrates Court."
Natalie Cull was given a two-year criminal behaviour order on April 5.
As part of the CBO, she was banned from entering a number of shops with Mark Spragg.
Cull is prohibited from entering the following premises: Co-op, Worcester Road, Malvern Link; Sainsburys, Buttercup Walk, Malvern; Tesco Express, Madresfield Road, Malvern; B&Q, Spring Lane, Malvern; One Stop Shop, Pickersleigh Road, Malvern; Waitrose, Edith Walk, Malvern.
Spragg was given a CBO on January 4 which banned him from entering retail premises with Natalie Cull and he was banned from entering a number of stores in Malvern and Worcester.
Spragg was jailed for 36 weeks in December after admitting to ten thefts and common assault of an emergency worker.
