A 33-year-old driver has been caught by a speed camera after driving at over 40mph.
Alex Morris was clocked speeding on the A443 Little Witley, near Worcester.
The case was heard at Worcester Magistrates Court on July 26 and proved via the single justice procedure.
Morris of Mavis Road, Birmingham, was captured speeding in a Volkswagen by 'manned equipment' on January 3.
Morris was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £88 and costs of £90.
A collection order was made, giving the court extra powers to recover the money.
His driving record was also endorsed with three points.
